Milled Steel Fiber is produced using a milling process on steel billets. It possesses high tensile strength, good toughness, and excellent dispersibility, as well as strong adhesion to concrete. It features anchoring ends, with one side rough and the other smooth, allowing it to bond firmly with the cement paste in concrete. Its wavy shape significantly increases the contact area of the steel fiber within the concrete, facilitating better bonding and greatly enhancing the effectiveness of steel fiber-reinforced concrete, improving crack resistance, tensile strength, and shear strength. It is suitable for highway bridges, hydraulic dams, railway sleepers, ports, marine engineering tunnels, mining engineering, pipe engineering, and other construction projects.
